Scheme 7: Starting Pre-Primary School for the Muslim Children by the NGOs
Under this scheme NGOs can start Pre-primary schools for Muslim Children on the following conditions

As the number of person speaking Urdu language is more, assistance will be provided for NGOs who starts Pre- primary schools wherever they are needed.

Assistance will be provided to NGOs who starts Pre-primary schools near Government Urdu primary schools.

If the Pre-primary school is to be started other than the place where Urdu primary is located the schools should be managed through the NGO.

The teacher working in these schools should have passed NTT or Nursery courses. Subsidy of Rs. 3,000/- to the teacher and Rs 2000/- to the helper will be paid through the organization.

The organizations should not collect fees from the candidate.

This responsibility will be handed over to sincere hard working and responsible self help group.

The age of the children should be between 3-5 years at the time of admission.
